What we collect

• When you send an appointment request: your name, phone number, email (if you give it), whether you’re a current patient, the days and times you prefer, how you heard about us, and anything you write in the request.
• When you call or text us: your phone number and what you tell us.
• Basic technical information: like any website, our web host receives your IP address, browser type and the page you asked for, so it can deliver the site and protect it from abuse.

We don’t use our own cookies, analytics or advertising trackers on this site.

Google Maps and Google reviews

Our homepage shows our Google rating and reviews, and our Contact page shows a Google map. These load from Google, so Google receives your IP address and browser information and may use cookies, as described in the Google Privacy Policy. Your use of the map and reviews is subject to the Google Maps/Google Earth Additional Terms of Service and the Google Privacy Policy. Reviewer names and photos come from Google.

How we use it

To answer your request and schedule your visit; to call, text or email you about your request, your appointments and new-patient forms; to keep this site working and secure; and when the law requires.

Who we share it with

We don’t sell your information or share it with anyone for their own marketing. We share it only with companies that help us run this website and our office, such as our website and form service, our email provider, and our phone and text-message provider, and when the law requires.

Text messages

If you text us or ask us to text you, we’ll text only about your request, your appointments and your forms. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

How long we keep it

We keep website requests only as long as we need them to follow up with you. If you become our patient, your information becomes part of your dental record, which we protect as described in our Notice of Privacy Practices.

Security

This site uses an encrypted (HTTPS) connection, and requests are seen only by the people who schedule appointments and maintain this website. No website or email is perfectly secure, so please call us for anything confidential.

Your choices

To see, correct or delete what you sent through this website, call us at (916) 939-3800 or write to us at the address above. As a patient, you have more rights to your records; see our Notice of Privacy Practices.

Do Not Track

This site doesn’t track you over time or across other websites, so it doesn’t respond differently to “Do Not Track” signals. Google may collect information about your activity over time and across websites through the map and reviews, under its own policies.

Children

This site is meant for adults. Parents or guardians should request appointments for children. We don’t knowingly collect personal information online from children under 13; if you think a child has sent us information, call us and we’ll delete it.
